- You are responsible for providing accurate information (address, contact details, service requirements) at the time of booking. Delays or errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Move Away Services.
Pricing and Payment
- Quotes provided are based on the information shared at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes on-site.
- All pricing is transparent, and any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
- Payment terms (cash, card, or bank transfer) will be confirmed at the time of booking or upon completion of service.
- We do not charge hidden fees. Any additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances (e.g., additional items, access issues, extra labor) will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

- You are responsible for disclosing any hazardous materials, fragile items of special value, or access restrictions in advance.
- Any items not properly disclosed that result in delays, damage, or additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Liability
- Move Away Services takes reasonable care in handling all items and performing all services. Our team follows standard safety and handling procedures.
- While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly packed or disclosed items.
- Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service fee paid for that specific job, except where prohibited by UAE law.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, building access restrictions, or third-party actions.
Insurance
Customers are encouraged to ensure adequate insurance coverage for high-value or fragile items. While our team handles all items with care, we recommend discussing special handling requirements at the time of booking.
Prohibited Items
For junk removal services, we do not accept hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials (including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, and gas cylinders). Any such items must be disclosed and will not be collected.
